Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist

As a highly skilled service professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of our ICU and Operating Room equipment at customer sites.
Job Description
- Deliver exceptional preventive maintenance and repair services to customers, adhering to established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment, and replacement parts.
- Install, commission, calibrate, and test relevant equipment at customer locations according to our protocols.
- Implement Field Corrective Actions in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage administrative tasks associated with service delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide support for corrective maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are preferred.
- Basis understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in field service for industrial equipment is required. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is highly valued.
- The ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines is necessary.
