Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IMS Network Engineer to join our team at Simba Telecom PTE. LTD. as a key member of our Core Network department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Design and Planning: Design, plan, and implement Simba's 4G Mobile IMS network, Fixed network, DRA, MNP, and FNP systems.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Responsible for the operations, fault management, trouble shooting, configuration management, and implementation of IMS and various elements/VoLTE, DRA/DEA/Application servers, PCRF, and SMS.
  • Project Management: Manage projects, new integrations, upgrades, acceptance testing, and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaboration and Support: Support other functions of the Core network department, including Packet Core, VAS, and interconnects, as well as provide assistance to Marketing, Product, Finance, IT, and Customer Service teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, IT, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IMS voice core network department (Planning, Operations, and Maintenance) function.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of IMS system, services, Voice network, MNP, FNP, MGW, MSS, and HSS; VoLTE/IMS/RCS, interfaces, protocols, call routing, call tracing, fault analysis, and trouble shooting.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and initiative.
