Leadership Role in Technology Commercialisation

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager to lead the commercialisation of new healthcare-related technologies developed through innovative partnerships. You will work closely with our clinical research community to identify and unlock the potential of intellectual property arising from diverse healthcare fields. Your key responsibilities include reviewing invention disclosure submissions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and engaging with external parties to increase awareness of our capabilities and opportunities for collaborations and research partnerships.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biomedical engineering or a relevant scientific/engineering field with at least eight years of experience in academic and/or industrial environments involving commercial partnerships; PhD preferred
  • Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders and negotiate contracts with industry partners
  • Proven track record of translating technical concepts into commercially viable proposals
  • Confident leader with initiative, capable of working within a team and with key stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, organisational and administrative skills
