Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the preparation and management of project expenditures, budget allocation, and cost optimization.

  • The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of process piping installation and equipment setup.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and independently, excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to conduct safety meetings and maintain records.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager in preparing and managing project expenditures, budget allocation, and cost optimization.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision required.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings with onsite safety officers and maintain accurate records.
  • SOURCE AND PROCURE EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS EFFICIENTLY.
  • Demonstrate expertise in process piping installation and equipment setup.

Requirements:

  • SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF PROCESS PIPING INSTALLATION AND EQUIPMENT SETUP.
  • ABLE TO WORK WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION AND INDEPENDENTLY.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
