Job Title: Senior Structural Project Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage the design, planning, and execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee the daily activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building plans, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work with clients/subcontractors to ensure timely completion, attend project meetings, and produce daily progress reports.
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise the execution of site works, providing technical guidance to personnel.
  • Ensure that all work on site meets specifications and requirements.
  • Assist safety personnel in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Oversee the daily construction activities at the work site to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors and direct manpower to complete projects within given timeframes.
  • Verify that all materials used comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare progress claims and sub-contractor verification.
  • Lead or assist with inspections to ensure quality control.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent required.
  • Architectural knowledge beneficial.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Junior Executive specialized in Civil/Construction/Structural engineering preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications highly advantageous.
