Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that supports infants' growth and development, while implementing the 3Rs approach to foster strong relationships with children and caregivers. They will develop and lead stimulating activities tailored to infants' age and needs, promoting holistic growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a Nurturing Environment: Provide a safe and engaging space for infants to explore and learn.
  • Implement the 3Rs Approach: Foster strong relationships with children and caregivers through respect, reciprocal, and responsive interactions.
  • Develop Activities: Design and lead stimulating activities that cater to infants' age and needs.
  • Maintain Hygiene and Safety Protocols: Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety protocols to safeguard infant health.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma: A minimum diploma in any field is required.
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with children, caregivers, and parents.
  • Passion for Teaching Young Children: A genuine passion for teaching young children and infants is vital for success in this role.
  • Experience Working with Newborns or Infants: At least 1 year of experience working with newborns or infants is preferred.
