- Post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and assist with recruitment decision-making.">
- Oversee the onboarding process, including preparing contracts, conducting orientation, and monitoring probationary performance.">
- Leave and benefit claims administration.">
- Assist with the application and renewal of Employment Passes (EP), monitor work pass expiration dates and handle timely renewals.">
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR21, IR8A.">
- Timely submission of Government Survey.">
- Submission and monitoring of statutory claims such as NS make-up pay, government paid leave and so on.">
- Assist the company's Director with personal matters, such as applying for Singapore PR.">
- Handle travel arrangements for the team, including flight bookings, hotel reservations.">
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases.">
- Act as the point of contact with the company's corporate secretary for filings, document management, and compliance. Manage corporate secretarial documents, filing, and initiate electronic signatures.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">You must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources or related field. Additionally, you should have minimum of 6-8 years of HR experience, with comprehensive knowledge of full-spectrum HR functions.
">Desirable skills include familiarity with Singapore labour laws and immigration policies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work across cultures and time zones, and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
