As a Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of HR functions. This includes recruitment, employee management, work pass renewals, and more.

Additionally, you will provide support to company directors with personal matters such as PR applications and assist with administrative duties, including travel bookings and managing corporate secretarial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and assist with recruitment decision-making.">
  • Oversee the onboarding process, including preparing contracts, conducting orientation, and monitoring probationary performance.">
  • Leave and benefit claims administration.">
  • Assist with the application and renewal of Employment Passes (EP), monitor work pass expiration dates and handle timely renewals.">
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR21, IR8A.">
  • Timely submission of Government Survey.">
  • Submission and monitoring of statutory claims such as NS make-up pay, government paid leave and so on.">
  • Assist the company's Director with personal matters, such as applying for Singapore PR.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources or related field. Additionally, you should have minimum of 6-8 years of HR experience, with comprehensive knowledge of full-spectrum HR functions.

Desirable skills include familiarity with Singapore labour laws and immigration policies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work across cultures and time zones, and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
