Advanced NAND Design Rule Specialist

Drive next generation Advanced NAND development efforts as an expert in design rule engineering and process integration.
Key Responsibilities:- Define, implement, and coordinate effective actions to enable multiple projects to hit key achievements and timelines.
- Release design rules, check waivers, mask definitions, and review sign-offs for R&D and production designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to direct development efforts for a new Advanced NAND generation.
- Ensure the quality of design rule checks released and maintain proper documentation.
- 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry in Process Integration, Yield Enhancement, Product Engineering, Test Structure Development, or Unit Process Development.
- Exposure to design & layout, ability to do minor layout, and experience with CAD tools like Cadence Virtuoso, K2view, and Mentor Graphics DRV/RVE.
- Proven capability to successfully resolve sophisticated issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Advanced NAND process flow, major NAND components, and be familiar with CAD group interactions, data post-processing, and transferring data from the database to the reticle.
A Master's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or related field is preferred, but a Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years' experience will also be considered.
