Hawker Stall Manager

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a results-driven Hawker Stall Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hawker centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage hawker centre operations, including stall management, cleanliness, tenant coordination, equipment functionality, and crowd control.
  2. Supervise on-ground team members, including cleaners, cashiers, and security personnel.
  3. Monitor and maintain service and food quality.
  4. Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations.
  5. Assist in cost management and provide operational reports to management.
  6. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude.
  • Relevant experience in the F&B industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.
