We are seeking a Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for the daily preparation and presentation of food.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by management.
  • Maintaining high standards and consistent quality of product.
  • Ensuring compliance with conditions of food hygiene policy.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Knowledge of menu composition, recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
  • Knowledge of standard procedure with regards to food preparation, receiving and storage.
  • Experience in following kitchen brigade chain of command.
  • Comfort with equipment standard functions.
  • A self-starter with ability to manage deadlines of self and others.
