The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring compliance with customers' standard operating procedures, and collaborating with international partners on various requirements and rates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding (airfreight / seafreight)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Responsibilities
  1. Prepare shipping, LCL, FCL documentation accurately
  2. Coordinate import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
  3. Collaborate with carriers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
  4. Provide sea freight quotations for ad-hoc COD customers
