Retail Customer Experience Specialist
Job Description:This role involves interacting with clients to provide product information and resolve their queries efficiently.
- The ideal candidate will be able to attend to walk-in customers, addressing their queries and providing product knowledge.
- Additionally, they will perform preliminary repairs and showcase products for viewing and sales purposes.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls is also a key responsibility of this position.
- Maintaining a clean and organized showroom environment is crucial in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- The successful candidate will also undertake administrative tasks related to the counter and showroom, including data entry and filing.
- Following up on customers' and dealers' repair items to ensure timely resolution of issues is an important aspect of this job.
- Supporting the Call Centre team during peak periods by providing backup assistance when needed is also required.
- Collaboration with colleagues across departments to meet customer commitments and drive sales growth is essential.
