The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to administer production sub-contract work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close communication with production, budgeting, and invoicing disciplines to ensure smooth execution and completion of Work Order.
  • Monitor sub-contractors' performance and manpower movement to be within given constraints throughout the sub-contract duration.
  • Formulate additional work requirements or variation works amendments in the sub-contract (WO) with sub-contractor upon approval.
  • Highlight any potential events that may affect commercial, safety, quality, and completion of sub-contract.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in related engineering disciplines.
  • Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply (On Job Training will be provided).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Able to execute objectives of assigned role and highlight potential risks in process flow.
  • Good interpersonal relations and communication skills.
  • Diligent, responsible, detail-oriented, and meticulous.
  • Good leadership and planning skills.
  • Keen to learn and inquisitive.
