  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with our quant development team to design, implement, and optimize trading strategies, ensuring they align with our business objectives.
  • Post-Trade Analysis: Conduct thorough post-trade analysis to evaluate strategy performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future trading decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our trading and development teams to ensure seamless execution of trading strategies and system features.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's or PhD in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative analytical field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of profitable trading experience on a leading trading desk in a bank, proprietary trading, or market making environment in any asset class.
  • Skills: Demonstrable experience in building and managing trades, proficiency in Python, and a keen interest in expanding technical skillsets.
  • Personal Qualities: Critical thinking, continuous improvement, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, adaptability, self-motivation, and a passion for challenges and responsibility.
