Job Title: Process Innovation Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Process Innovation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process development and improvement initiatives.

As a Process Innovation Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cost estimates based on customer specifications and drawings, generate quotations, and maintain costing master lists.

You will provide engineering and technical support to sales personnel, respond to enquiries and specifications in a timely manner, and lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) processes.

Additionally, you will participate in sourcing and development of new materials to meet technical requirements, train engineers and operators, and share knowledge and experience.

You will ensure global consistency with printing and converting processes, liaise with sister sites to adapt best practices, and attend trade shows and supplier visits to stay updated on technology.

You will also ensure compliance to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), and Labour and Employment (L&E) procedures in the department.

Finally, you will perform various ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time, including sales-related tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A good relevant technical, engineering or science degree or diploma is required, preferably in sectors related to printing, material converting, or its supply chain.
  • A creative mindset and positive approach to problem-solving are essential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Candidate with material and material science knowledge is preferred.
  • A good understanding of basic productivity software such as Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentation, Project Management, etc. is required.
  • AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a laboratory-based or cleanroom environment is necessary.
  • At least a Diploma in Engineering is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience is preferred.
