Retail Sales Associate Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, operating Point of Purchase (POP) systems, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and participating in stocktaking activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Point of Purchase Operations: Operate POP systems to print labels, manage pricing, and handle discounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Stockroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring that products are stored properly and easily accessible.
  • Stocktaking: Participate in regular stocktaking activities to ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain up-to-date stock levels.
