As a Business Development Liaison Officer, you will play a critical role in servicing our strategic landlord partners and expanding our media networks to contribute to the company's long-term business goals.
This position reports directly to the Business Development Director and involves working closely with internal teams to deliver on contractual obligations to landlords.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of servicing strategic landlord partners or a similar role and possess a sharp business acumen, strong communication and organization skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Projects & Operations) to deliver on contractual obligations to Landlords.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Landlords through demonstrating a clear understanding of commercial needs and reliable servicing.
- Prepare and present monthly reports and quarterly business updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- Min 4 to 6 years of proven experience in strategic business partners management or similar function.
- Able to build trust and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sharp business acumen and highly numerate.
- Project management and resource coordination capabilities.
