We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an AI Model Developer. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, training, and refinement of AI models that power skill development, career pathing, and culture analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and refine AI models to improve skill development, career pathing, and culture analytics.
- Support data gathering, cleansing, annotation, and ethical sourcing for pilot projects.
- Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to improve AI-driven features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Research the latest AI, ML, and data science trends relevant for workforce and HR tech.
- Prototype intelligent algorithms for personalized recommendations (e.g., learning paths, career fits, cultural insights).
- Integrate AI modules into the mobile/web platform and ensure seamless UX flows.
- Assist with compliance checks around data security, privacy, and ethical AI use.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and curiosity for understanding human-centered AI applications.
