Job Title:

AI Model Development Engineer

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a skilled AI model development engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and fine-tuning GenAI models for various use cases, creating APIs and integrations to ensure seamless AI feature deployment, working with data to improve results, experimenting with prompts, and optimizing model performance.
  • The successful candidate will be a team player who can collaborate with product, design, and tech colleagues to bring AI features to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deploy GenAI models for different applications.
  2. Create efficient APIs and integrations to support AI feature integration.
  3. Clean, prepare, and organize data to achieve optimal results.
  4. Experiment with prompts to enhance accuracy and relevance.
  5. Monitor model performance and implement improvements to increase speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and NLP/generative AI concepts.
  • Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Awareness of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval techniques.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a curiosity-driven mindset.
