We are seeking a highly skilled TCM aesthetic specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering TCM-based aesthetic treatments and services to clients. They will conduct thorough consultations to assess suitability for various TCM procedures, provide recommendations on appropriate therapies and aftercare based on customers' conditions, and ensure all treatments comply with protocols and health regulations.
The specialist will maintain clear and accurate records of client treatments, progress, and feedback, and work closely with the marketing team to support content creation for promotional initiatives.
They will also attend technical training sessions organized by the company, gaining comprehensive experience with all provided treatments.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:
- A strong educational background in clinical fields such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Nursing, or Tuina.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply; professional training will be provided.
