Singapore Aesthetic Clinic ( Robinson Rd) Full time

We are looking for **Hair + Scalp Therapists** ( Aesthetic Clinic) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- To assist aesthetic doctors in the treatment of patients with hair loss problems
- Able to perform hair and scalp analysis on patients with hair loss problems
- Able to perform hair loss therapy on patients using medical technology (training will be provided)
- To advice patients on treatment packages, hair products and supplements
- To advice patients on hair treatment schedule and pricing
- Attend to clients’ needs and provide professional advice on pre and post-treatment care
- Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, thorough sterilisation of equipment, and proper disposal of consumables
- Daily housekeeping and upkeep of machine conditions
- Assist in customer service and follow up with new leads and enquiries and booking of new appointments
- Assist in scheduling and follow up clients’ appointments
- Other administrative work assigned by supervisor/ manager

Skills required:

- At least 2 year work experience as a hair and scalp therapist / assistant
- Work experience in hair loss centres will be an advantage
- Well groomed, service-oriented and customer-focused
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Preferably able to handle queries and concerns from English, Mandarin will be an advantage
- Comfortable in handling IT systems and devices (i.e. Laptop, printer, mobile) - you will need to use them daily

Salary:
Attractive salary package $2600 - $5000 ( basic salary + team bonus + service comm + quarterly incentives)

Year end performance bonus

Working Hours : 44 hours per week ( Sunday + PH off)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
