Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Development professional to join our team and support the redevelopment of a major healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities- Lead infrastructure engagements with consultants and stakeholders, ensuring productive sessions and well-documented outcomes.
- Collaborate with consultants to capture and incorporate all stakeholder requirements into project design.
- Monitor design and construction timelines to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Present infrastructure design proposals for management review and approval.
- Review contract specifications, including testing & commissioning (T&C), maintenance, and defect liability clauses.
- Coordinate site activities, including technical coordination for user requests, mock-up reviews, and T&C processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with project management exposure preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of IT systems, integrations, and smart technologies will be an added advantage.
- Strong background in planning, developing, and managing infrastructure projects.
- Skilled in conducting effective stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Strong documentation, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Passionate about healthcare planning and able to guide hospital development effectively.
