Senior Construction Project Leader Opportunity

  • We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our construction teams in delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, with expertise in reviewing working drawings, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • They will also be responsible for organizing meetings with sub-contractor technical teams, resolving technical problems during pre-construction and construction phases, and working closely with the design team and client to resolve execution issues.
  • Additionally, they will prepare method statements for construction work, conduct site inspections, and supervise the construction of structures, including pile caps, underground tanks, base slabs, columns, and RC beams.
  • Our successful Senior Site Engineer will assist the construction manager in planning and preparing daily progress reports, track and optimize manpower for each project, and ensure compliance with standards and shop drawings.
  • They will also be required to review and supervise surface water drain and waterproofing shop drawings and site work.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction of earthwork, structural steel works, and reinforced concrete structural works in civil projects is essential.
  • Previous experience as a senior or junior construction engineer on at least one large-scale infrastructure project is also required.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, P6, and other software is necessary.
  • Familiarity with local construction regulations and laws is also expected.
