Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to create product strategies, roadmaps, and development plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Develop and articulate the company's product vision, direction, and roadmap, leveraging customer insights and market research to drive product innovation and differentiation.
  • Lead the development of reporting and insights for the platform and modules, ensuring timely delivery of key product milestones.
  • Act as the point of contact for ongoing support and services, communicating a clear product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
  • Engage in product development processes, including demos and testing activities, as well as training, as needed.
  • Manage changes to features and communication to ensure clear indication of what is required for each release.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Product Solutions & Service Team to drive revenue growth through effective product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, assessing and managing product-related risks, including cybersecurity, privacy, and legal considerations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or other relevant Engineering qualifications.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the related industry; microgrid industry experience will be an advantage.
  • Experienced in handling power devices, power electronics, communication modules, and electrical wirings.
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Candidate with sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Ability to present ideas in a clean and user-friendly way.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and a team player.
