Job Description

This role involves working closely with our healthcare teams to coordinate the admission of residents under Ministry of Health (MOH) Portable Subsidy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing financial guidance to residents under MOH's Portable Subsidy, including the preparation of estimated bill size, admission contract, and other administrative matters.
  • Managing National Means Testing (NMTS) for portable subsidy residents and ensuring the resident NMTS are valid and updated according to MOH's requirements.
  • Coordinating referrals and new admissions assigned by AIC for all ECON Medicare Centres and Nursing Homes.
  • Tracking available licensed beds for portable subsidy residents in all ECON Medicare Centres and Nursing Homes.
  • Serving as a resource person for the MOH ILTC portal and IRMs for all ECON Medicare Centres and Nursing Homes.

A successful candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
