Job Title: IT Infrastructure Delivery Lead


We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Delivery Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project scope, resources, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Define project scope and deliverables, develop detailed timelines, budget forecasts, and resource plans.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead project implementation activities, coordinate across IT and business teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure continuity through contingency planning.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external vendors, regularly report progress, and manage expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that infrastructure deliverables meet technical and business standards, work closely with QA teams for reviews and validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • 5-7 years in IT project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing infrastructure projects (e.g., network, cloud, endpoint, identity services).
  • Strong risk management, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination experience.
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
