This role involves leading workplace and employee experience programs across the APAC region. As a results-driven leader, you will drive stakeholder partnerships, program design and execution, and operational excellence to support a high-quality employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as a program and/or project manager for various initiatives, including builds, offsites, and related projects.
  • Overseeing the implementation of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) frameworks by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation management.
  • Developing and implementing SOPs and driving process improvements.
  • Supervising and maintaining staff attendance, leave records, and overtime claims.
  • Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and coordination with site supervisors.
  • Developing the team while promoting a management philosophy that culminates in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Acting as line manager of Receptionists & Office Assistants; providing coverage when necessary.
  • Leading as a Regional Manager to develop business strategies and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience within Employee Experience, Workplace Experience, Office Operations, HR/People Operations, or People Program Management.
  • Experience successfully organizing, executing, and tracking detailed projects and programs and relating them to the larger business context.
  • Experience supporting a distributed workforce across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, especially with upper leadership.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a self-starter mentality; able to work with minimal supervision and respond to changing priorities.
