About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring that our laboratory services are delivered efficiently and effectively to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the team in the Operations Department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and goals in line with company's policies and directions.
  • Accountable for training plan, daily operations and other related matters in Operations Department.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are streamlined and followed and feedback to management on issues on ground level.
  • Responsible for standardization of workflow and practices across assigned section in accordance with SOPs.
  • Manage manpower resources and operating cost effectively.
  • Responsible for training and development of staff in Operations Department in accordance with SOPs.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve target for turnaround time and goals set by Company.
Requirements
  • Graduate with degree, diploma, or equivalent in management studies or related field from a recognized university or institute.
  • Experience in management, training or equivalent.
  • At least 3 – 5 years' managerial experience in operations management.
  • Experience in clinical laboratory science or healthcare is an advantage.
