Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as an Education Support Associate. This role will provide vital support to our Teacher In-Charge in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring the well-being of our students.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Teacher In-Charge during lessons, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for all students.
  • Prepare materials required for lessons based on the Assignment Schedule, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for students, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to maintaining high hygiene standards in the classroom and its materials, including the washing of toys and cots.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and students.
  • Basic first aid knowledge and experience working with children.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices.
