Job Overview

Maintenance support to fleet owners involves attending on-site depot field services, coordinating with customers to attend vehicle breakdowns, providing engineering and technology support, identifying and solving electrical and mechanical problems in electric vehicle systems.

  • Update customers on vehicle repair status, perform cost analysis, and recommend critical spare parts for stock up.
  • Documenting and presenting design, simulation, and test results to stakeholders and team members.
Customer Service Management

Maintain good working relationships with all fleet customers, attend monthly meetings to address outstanding issues.

Workplace Safety and Health Policy

Comply with safety regulations and standards when working in workshops and on-site, ensure proper housekeeping, and trained in work-at-height/lifting supervisor will be an advantage.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Power Engineering, or related fields required. Three years of experience in the automotive industry, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proven experience as an Electric Vehicle Engineer or similar role, strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems and technologies.
