Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer to spearhead the overhaul and optimization of our Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

This individual will serve as the technical subject matter expert, designing, developing, and deploying robust solutions from scratch to enhance business processes and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools such as Flow and Process Builder.

Additionally, they will possess exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.

Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including sales teams and data engineers.

Experience working in an Agile environment and leading complex Salesforce projects from inception to deployment is highly desirable.
