Event Services Team Member

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment during buffet and coffee break services. Your primary duty will be to ensure that guest tables and service areas are clear of soiled plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses in a prompt and efficient manner.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of dining and surrounding areas.
  • Clear and remove used plates, cutlery, and glassware from guest tables, buffet stations, and return points.
  • Transport soiled items to designated back-of-house areas for washing or collection.
  • Wipe and reset tables between guest turns (if applicable).
  • Support replenishment of service ware (e.g., clean cups, napkins, cutlery) at the buffet or beverage stations (if applicable).

You will work as part of a dynamic team in fast-paced environments, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for event attendees. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Requirements
  • Able to work on an event basis, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Requires handling light lifting and standing for extended hours.
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
