Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced mixologist to create and serve a variety of beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative cocktail recipes with the Head Mixologist to enhance our bar offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on beverage knowledge, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking and fulfilling their beverage orders.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering and receiving supplies as needed, ensuring that par levels are maintained and wastage is minimized.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mixologist in a luxury hotel or high-volume bar, with a strong focus on mixology.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, and spirits.
  • Excellent customer service skills, providing an exceptional guest experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
