Job Title: Bar Captain

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Captain to join our team. As a leader behind the bar, you will be responsible for driving smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring each guest enjoys a top-notch experience with every drink, managing inventory, upholding cleanliness and safety standards, and bringing positive energy to every shift.

As a Bar Captain, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage a high-volume bar, and develop your skills in cocktail recipes, techniques, and bar operations.

Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the craft of bartending and hospitality, strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques, and excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive smooth day-to-day operations behind the bar
  • Ensure each guest enjoys a top-notch experience with every drink
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards at all times
  • Bring positive energy to every shift
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Genuine passion for the craft of bartending and hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a high-volume environment
