About the Job
We are seeking a Head of Building Services to join our team at Thomson Medical Pte Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth execution of fitting out and reinstatement/renovation projects
- Oversee the work of service contractors and ensure proper safety measures are implemented
- Participate in emergency management during evacuations
- Support the team in annual department budgeting exercises
- Ensure all necessary licenses and permits are renewed on time
- Undertake special assignments or renovation projects in the hospital as required
- Collaborate with engineers to coordinate and oversee ad hoc jobs related to building maintenance
- Support senior maintenance technicians in carrying out and overseeing ad hoc maintenance work

Requirements
- Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in building facilities/engineering maintenance services
- Hospital experience is an added advantage
