Beauty Operations Director

We are seeking an exceptional Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staff members, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
- They will possess strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments, as well as proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our branch. You will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Leading, training, and motivating a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staff members.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any client complaints or issues.
- Maintaining the branch's appearance and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff members.
