Operations Excellence Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the strategic execution of logistics operations, ensuring seamless delivery and high levels of efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate resource allocation for optimal vessel operations, including berthing planning, loading/unloading planning, turnaround optimization, and supervision of quayside activities.
  • Monitor crane operations, ensure safety protocols are followed, and coordinate with vessel planners, crane operators, truck drivers, and stevedores to maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Utilize the latest Terminal Operations System (TOS) to manage container yard activities, including yard planning, monitoring container movements, and updating, tracking, and planning yard activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree holder or above in a relevant field.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with multiple locations.
  • Flexible to perform shift duties and able to work 12 hours shifts as required.
