About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clean Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Clean Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services.

Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and manage daily cleaning activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and managing cleaning staff to ensure effective completion of cleaning tasks.
  • Monitoring and maintaining equipment and supplies inventory.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.

In addition to your supervisory duties, you will also be required to perform hands-on cleaning tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operations management, preferably in a cleaning or maintenance role. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
