Job Opportunity: Senior Clinical Psychologist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our psychology department, you will be responsible for providing cost-effective psychological services to address behavioural and mental health issues faced by patients.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, provide clinical supervision to junior psychologists, and contribute to clinical research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing psychological interventions to adolescents and adults with mental health issues, emotional problems, and health problems in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Conducting neuropsychological assessments for diagnosis and rehabilitation in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Providing clinical supervision to interns and other psychologists on the team.
  • Running therapy and support groups.
  • Completing administrative work, such as monthly statistics and KPIs, in a timely manner.
  • Developing and delivering educational talks and workshops on psychological issues to healthcare providers and the public.
  • Contributing to clinical research as a member when necessary.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and another local language.
  • Experience in providing clinical supervision.
  • Experience working with adolescent, adult, or elderly populations in a hospital setting is a plus.
  • Passionate about working in the healthcare sector.
  • Able to function independently in a complex environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player as staff is required to work closely with various multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Eligible for registration or registered with the Singapore Psychological Society and the Singapore Register of Psychologist.
