Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of Human Resources. This includes handling performance management and posting matters, managing recruitment, regimental discipline, and welfare, administering funds and budget according to finance guidelines, supporting corporate Information Technology (IT) requirements, and acting as unit delegated administrator.
Responsibilities
- Performance Management and Posting Matters: You will handle employee performance management and postings, ensuring that all personnel functions are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Recruitment, Regimental Discipline, and Welfare: You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews. You will also oversee regimental discipline and welfare, ensuring that all employees receive fair treatment and support.
- Funds and Budget Administration: You will administer funds and budget according to finance guidelines, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Information Technology (IT) Support: You will provide IT support to ensure that all systems and equipment are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Unit Delegated Administrator: You will act as unit delegated administrator, providing administrative support to your team and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
