Enterprise Systems Integration Professional

As an ERP Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and workflows to align ERP solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless integration of our enterprise systems, driving process innovation and improving overall efficiency.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Analyze and interpret business needs to inform ERP solution design and implementation.
- Workflow Alignment: Align existing workflows with ERP system capabilities, ensuring optimal use of system features.
- Process Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to implement changes.
- System Implementation: Deploy new ERP systems, conduct user training, and prepare specifications, design documents, and test cases.
- Testing and Validation: Perform functional testing and support UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and support daily operations, customizing systems for new requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in Dynamics BC implementation & support is essential.
- Knowledge of MS Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to draft professional reports and documentation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to continuous learning.
