Customer Insights Specialist

As a Customer Insights Specialist, you will own end-to-end qualitative research projects that span the entire user journey. You will design and execute various research methods to uncover user needs and motivations related to our product, growth initiatives, and commercial offerings.

  • Own end-to-end qualitative research projects that span the entire user journey from initial product experience to purchasing decisions and long-term engagement.
  • Design and execute a variety of research methods such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, and surveys to uncover user needs and motivations.
  • Act as the central hub for user feedback by partnering closely with customer service and community teams to systematically gather and synthesize emerging user sentiment.
  • Translate raw user feedback, support tickets, and interview data into clear, thematic reports and powerful user stories that connect user needs to business opportunities.
  • Champion the voice of the customer across the organization by presenting findings clearly to product, marketing, growth, and leadership teams to influence roadmaps and strategy.
Requirements

We are looking for a skilled professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in User Research, Voice of Customer, Market Research, or a related field with a strong portfolio of impactful research projects.
  • Hands-on experience with a range of qualitative research methodologies such as interviewing, survey design, thematic analysis, and persona development.
  • Able to synthesize large volumes of qualitative data into concise, actionable recommendations that connect directly to business goals.
  • A deep sense of empathy combined with sharp business acumen.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in commercialization-focused user research is an asset. Excellent communication and storytelling skills are essential for building rapport with users and presenting compelling narratives to diverse stakeholders.
