About This Role
  • Design for Social Performance: Develop on-brand creative concepts and visual hooks that drive installs and user engagement
  • Create in varied formats: static, motion, mobile-first edits, and interactive visuals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to test hooks, visuals, and content formats
  • Analyse what's working (or not) and translate insights into sharper design approaches
  • Share creative findings with the product team to improve in-app experience and storytelling

Creative Execution: Own the end-to-end design process from brainstorming and storyboarding to execution. Design and produce original content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook. Use tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and CapCut to bring ideas to life. Maintain visual consistency while experimenting with new formats and styles.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong interest in social media, content creation, and visual storytelling
  • A good eye for design and an understanding of what makes content perform on social platforms
  • Ability to showcase your work via a portfolio, personal project, or social content that demonstrates your design skills and creative thinking
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, or mobile-first editors like CapCut or Canva
  • A self-starter mindset—you're proactive, curious, and always learning
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
