The ideal candidate will have experience in managing medium to large-scale workplace projects and have a strong design sensibility. You will have excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in mentoring junior designers and providing guidance and support to team members is also essential.
