This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced International Freight Coordinator to join our team. As an International Freight Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, shipments, and bookings, as well as coordinating shipping operations, schedules, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, shipments, and bookings.
- Coordinate shipping operations, schedules, and contracts.
- Sourcing for carriers and rates.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Analyze shipping protocols and expenses to suggest improvements.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure billing accuracy.
- Manage inventory, perform stock control, and maintain warehouse organization.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed and assist with ad-hoc duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Freight forwarding /Shipping / Transportation industries.
- Able to work independently.
- Short notice or immediate starters will have an advantage.
