We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Action Specialist to join our Investment Banking APAC Asset Servicing Team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing the entire life cycle of corporate actions, working closely with various operations teams across regions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Announcing Voluntary Corporate Action notifications to stakeholders through swift (MT564 and MT568) reading.
- Manage risks and controls of the entire corporate actions process and continue to evolve, streamline, and minimize risks across income, mandatory, and voluntary events.
- Assist and drive the implementation of various change initiatives for the corporate action processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in investment banking / Wealth Management Asset Servicing roles
- Good analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- A team player who can multitask under high-pressure environments
- Able to follow through all tasks to completion and take full accountability and responsibility
