Human Factors Researcher

Air Traffic Management is a complex and dynamic field that requires innovative solutions to advance the safety and efficiency of air traffic control. As a Human Factors Researcher, you will play a critical role in developing assessment frameworks for controller workload, communication, and coordination efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Factors or a related field and strong research contributions, evidenced by publications in SCI Q1 journals and peer-reviewed conferences. You will also have proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and MATLAB, as well as excellent English communication and writing skills.

In this role, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to collect user feedback, analyzing bio-signal data and questionnaires to optimize human factor performance. You will also facilitate communication and collaboration among experts from diverse backgrounds to integrate knowledge and publish high-impact research papers.
