Client Onboarding Specialist

This role involves conducting thorough reviews to ensure accurate documentation complies with local regulations and industry standards.
">Key Responsibilities:">- ">
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled reviews for various client types across different risk classes, monitor and track records of previous reviews.">
- Highlight any potential issues from an anti-money laundering (AML) perspective and escalate these findings to senior management for further review.">
- Determine whether accounts fall within the scope of applicable regulations and perform client identification, verification, and screening.">
- Verify and confirm customer information such as address, employment history, and connectivity to politically exposed persons (PEPs) or sanctions screening.">
- Collaborate with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence processes are in place for customer accounts and documentation reviews.">
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in KYC/AML or banking, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.

- Maker: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred; AML experience/background recommended.">
- Checker: 5-8 years of experience in KYC/AML/Due Diligence or banking is preferred; knowledge of policies, systems, applications, and due diligence processes is necessary.">
