Project Leader

The Project Leader is responsible for overseeing the entire delivery process of complex railway communication solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight:
  • Oversight and management of the planning, execution, and delivery of railway communication solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.
  • Cross-functional team coordination.
  • Participation in pre-sales activities.

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Providing technical guidance on railway communication systems, including train-to-ground communication, CCTV, public address systems, PABX, Information Display Systems, and fibre-optic networks.
  • Ensuring compliance with LTA standards and industry best practices.

  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
  • Management of stakeholder expectations and provision of regular project updates and reports.

  • Risk Management:
  • IDentification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks, ensuring proactive measures are in place to minimize disruptions.
  • Development of contingency plans and leadership of crisis management efforts as needed.

  • Budget and Resource Management:
  • Development and management of project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Allocation of resources effectively to meet project requirements.

  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implementation of rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Conduct of regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.

  • Team Development:
  • Mentorship and development of project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Leadership and direction to ensure team members are motivated and skilled.
