Raffles Medical Group seeks a senior actuarial professional to join their team as an Actuarial Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies for group employee benefit schemes, conducting data analytics, and maintaining pricing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategies

The Actuarial Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for group employee benefit schemes, taking into account current market trends and emerging risks. This will involve analyzing large datasets, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement new pricing models.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in actuarial science, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in pricing and risk management. You should also be able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Requirements:
  • Actuarial / Mathematics / Statistics Degree
  • Good progress in the Actuarial professional examinations
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in pricing and risk management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Python programming languages
